You see everything in a calendar by specialist, and every specialist runs their own appointments from their phone. The demo on booking.wdevstudio.com is the real product: book an appointment, move it, cancel it — and log in to the admin. The salon, the specialists and the appointments there are invented, and the data is reset every night.

Basic — the site and the admin

• The public site in its own look for an appointment business (dark velvet, powder and ivory) with your logo, colour, photos and texts — in Bulgarian and English.
• Online booking: service → specialist or „Any“ → day → free slot → name and phone. Built for the phone first.
• Only the slots that are really free — within the specialist's shifts, without breaks, closed days and the preparation time after each appointment. Two clients cannot book the same slot, even in the same second.
• The client's own appointment page: move, cancel, „Add to calendar“ (Apple, Outlook, Google, any phone).
• A letter in the client's language at every change — booked, confirmed, moved, cancelled.
• A calendar by specialist in the admin — day, week, month or list; a new appointment in seconds, drag to move, statuses in one tap.

The site — what the client sees

Booking

• „Book“ everywhere — in the header, on every service and with every specialist („Book with …“) — with the service or specialist already chosen.
• A strip of days with the number of free slots each day; the slots by morning, afternoon and evening; big buttons for a thumb.
• „Any“ — the system finds the free specialist for the chosen time.
• The client chooses how you contact them: a call, SMS, Viber or WhatsApp. The phone is kept in international form; the email is optional.
• You decide how early before the appointment one can book, how many days ahead and every how many minutes the slots start.

The client's appointment

• The personal link from the letter opens the appointment: status, specialist, day and time, price, number, address with „How to get here“.
• „Move“ — the free slots of the same specialist two weeks ahead; „Cancel“ — with a reason if they wish.
• You decide whether the client moves and cancels alone and up to how many hours before the start; after that the page gives the salon's phone, Viber and WhatsApp.
• „Add to calendar“ — one appointment stays one event: a moved one is updated, a cancelled one disappears.
