A clear price
The offer says what you get, what it costs and when. Extra work starts only after your written “yes”.

We started in 2002 as ЛЕМЪН ГРАФИКС — design and our clients’ first websites. Today, as ЛЕМЪН ДЕВ, we build, host and maintain websites and web applications with Laravel and Vue.

Our story
ЛЕМЪН ДЕВ ООД (company ID 208001362) is the continuation of ЛЕМЪН ГРАФИКС, founded in 2002. Back then we did graphic design and our clients’ first websites. Over the years the websites became online platforms, content management systems and applications, and the design became UX measured by results.
wdevstudio is the name we do web development under today: websites and applications built with Laravel and Vue, which we host and maintain ourselves. Our office is in Sofia, at 23 Mokrenski prohod Street, and our clients come from all over the country and abroad.
Why we work this way
In twenty years we have seen what happens to a site that is “handed over” and forgotten: slow pages, expired certificates, forms nobody reads, and an owner who pays for every photo change. So with us the same team writes the offer, builds the site and then looks after it.
What we do differently
- One team from start to finish. No handovers between salespeople, subcontractors and “support”.
- Ready foundations instead of starting from scratch. For real estate, travel and hotels we have working Laravel projects that we set up with your data — you launch in weeks, not months.
- You manage the content. Every site has an admin where you change texts, photos, prices and pages without us.
- Speed and Google from day one. Clean code, proper titles and descriptions, a sitemap, structured data and separate addresses for each language.
- We host and maintain it. The server, the certificate, updates and backups are our job, and you get a client account with your projects, files, invoices and support.
Who we work with
Small and medium businesses that want their site to bring inquiries and bookings, not headaches: real estate agencies, tour operators, hotels and guest houses, salons and clinics, schools, service shops — and anyone with an idea for a web application.

What we believe in
Four rules we follow with every client.
Your site is yours
The domain, the content and the data are yours. If you ever decide to leave, you get all of it.
Less, but working
We launch what brings you clients and improve it afterwards. No features “just in case”.
A reply within a day
Write to support from your account or call us. We reply within one working day, and urgent issues right away.
How we work
Five steps from the first conversation to a site that works and is looked after.
- 1
Conversation
You tell us what you need. We ask the questions that save rework later.
- 2
Offer
Within one working day you get a clear price, timeline and what exactly is included.
- 3
Build
We set up a ready-made project or build it from scratch. You follow the progress in your account.
- 4
Launch
We launch the site on your domain — with SEO, SSL and speed from day one.
- 5
Maintenance
We host, update and protect the site. Write to support whenever you need us.
What maintenance includes
Monthly maintenance is not insurance “just in case” but work we do every month:
- Hosting on our server in the European Union, with an HTTPS certificate that renews itself.
- Updates to Laravel, PHP and every library, including security fixes.
- Backups of the database before every change to the site.
- Monitoring: we watch the database, the mail and job queue, disk space and email — and learn about a problem before you do.
- Support through your client account: open a ticket, attach a file and see the whole conversation in one place.
- Small changes to content and settings when you do not want to make them yourself.
Bigger changes and new features are agreed separately — with an offer, a price and a timeline, just like at the start.
What clients say
„We are very happy with Lemon Development! They work professionally, pay attention to detail and do an excellent job. Fair to deal with and a great end result. I recommend them!“
