ResellMyApartment.com
Holiday property resale portal
A four-language portal for reselling properties at the seaside and in ski resorts: over 100 listings, search by resort, type and price, maps and a form for owners who want to sell.
The brief
An agency with offices in Sunny Beach and Bansko resells apartments, studios, houses and hotels in the seaside and ski resorts. Its buyers come from all over Europe, so the site had to speak their language.
What we built
- Four languages: English, Polish, Bulgarian and Russian — with separate addresses for each language.
- A catalogue of over 100 properties in eleven resorts: search by number, resort, type and price range, plus “Top properties” on the home page.
- A page for every property with a large gallery, size, floor, status, description, distances to the beach, the slopes and the shops, and a map.
- “Sell your property”: a form where owners offer their property for resale.
- Brokers and offices: cards with phone, WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram, and separate pages for the two offices.
- Spam protection on every form.
Technology
Laravel on the server, Google Maps for the maps, server-rendered pages for fast loading and good indexing.
