A new site for a real estate agency in Svishtov: a catalogue of nearly 80 properties, search by town, area, type and price, and an inquiry to the broker from every listing.
The brief
The agency has been working since 1998 and has properties in Svishtov and the region — houses, apartments, plots and farmland. It needed a site where a buyer finds a property in seconds and the brokers add and change the listings themselves.
What we built
- A searchable catalogue by name or number, town, area, construction type, property type and price range. Every filter combination has its own readable address (for example “for sale in Svishtov”) that Google indexes.
- A page for every property with a gallery, area, yard, garage, construction type, description and a price in euro and in leva.
- Sale and rent as separate sections.
- Bulgarian and English with translated addresses and correct links between the languages.
- SEO from day one: structured data for the listings and the agency (opening hours, areas served), breadcrumbs and a sitemap.
- Content from the admin: the team of brokers, services, a blog, pages and a newsletter signup.
- Contact with a bot-protected form and a map of the office.
Technology
Laravel and PHP 8.5 on the server, Vue and Inertia in the browser, Tailwind CSS, WebP images in several sizes, behind Cloudflare.
The result
The site is fast, tidy for Google, and the agency runs it on its own — from new listings to the texts on the pages.
